Forged Stainless K-Tip 7.75" Chef's Knife with Vintage Paper Micarta Handle

This knife was forged from AEB-L high carbon stainless steel. Forging stainless steel is a pain but the finished product has all of the benefits of a stainless (better edge retention, higher toughness, corrosion resistance...) plus the aesthetics of a hand-forged blade. This particular knife has a handle of vintage paper Micarta, plus a retro Micarta and G10 spacer. This blade is thicker in the spine at around 5/32" and ground down thin behind the edge.
